We guarantee the plant material we install to be free from disease, insects, and to be sound and healthy at the time of installation. All plant material installed by Pryor’s Nursery/Earth Beautiful, Inc. DBA Living Fence has a 12-month warranty from the date of installation, provided it has received proper care (watering, feeding, and pest control) and the balance is paid in full. This warranty does not cover losses due to drought, storms, severe winter, deer damage, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for unmarked utilities, including gas, lighting, or irrigation.
